Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant (GM or AGM preferred).
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team.
• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor and service levels.
• Drive sales through local marketing, events, and community engagement.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls (food, beverage, and labor).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with high accountability.
• Lead from the floor during peak hours—setting the tone for service and energy.
• Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and build repeat business.

Compensation

Competitive base salary (based on experience). Additional income from ~ 2-3 tipped shifts weekly (server/bartender). Flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
