As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team, achieving operational and financial goals, developing employees, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, and ensuring efficient system operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
• Physical ability to push, pull, stretch, and use fingers and wrists continuously
• Experience in meeting or exceeding sales, inventory, and labor goals
• Successful shift management experience
• Commitment to excellent service and cleanliness standards
• Leadership skills in coaching and developing staff positively
