Job summary

Fusian, Easton location in Columbus, OH, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and drive strong financial and guest outcomes. You will build and coach a high-performing team, hire and train future leaders, and own accountability for labor, inventory, and profitability.

Successful candidates will be comfortable using P&L data to inform decisions, maintaining high standards, and collaborating with ownership to grow multiple locations in the Columbus area.

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations

As General Manager, you will run the four walls of the restaurant like it is your own business and lead your team through clear expectations, strong communication, and continuous improvement.
