The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the team, setting the tone of the work environment and customer hospitality. You will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation and building a strong team that provides excellent food and service. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing employees, conducting orientation, creating training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a history of developing people, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

  1. High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  2. 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  3. Basic computer literacy
  4. Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager
  5. Must be at least 21 years old
  6. Must pass background check and drug screening
  7. Reliable transportation required
  8. Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
  9. Ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry items up to 50 lbs.
  10. Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for 80% of shift
