Job summary

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and maintain Capriotti's standards for quality, speed, and hospitality.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction. Competitive salary based on experience and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast casual, quick service, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and labor.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including team leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role oversees restaurant operations, staff development, food quality, guest service, and financial performance while maintaining Capriotti's high standards for hospitality and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop Your Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing restaurant team members
