Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annual salary with bonus potential

Condado Tacos is seeking expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven General Managers to help build our successful taco concept. Our management team values compassion and humility, actively engaging with all operational roles and supporting team development daily.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing guest experience
• Managing location operations as if it were your own
• Promoting a positive company culture
• Maintaining high standards for service and guest interactions
• Focusing on team development and training
• Serving the community with a friendly approach
• Managing financials, including reading and impacting monthly P&L
• Implementing sales strategies and collaborating with Catering and Marketing
• Adhering to health and safety standards

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing communications and team meetings
• Supervising staff and management on shifts
• Handling online platforms and reviews
• Managing inventory and ordering
• Coordinating catering and off-premise orders
• Conducting taste tests of food items

Minimum qualifications:

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate with Regional Management
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Familiarity with scheduling, POS, invoicing, and inventory systems (a plus)

Physical requirements include standing or walking for 4-8 hours, performing hand and wrist work, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
