WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Set the tone — create a culture where hospitality is the standard, not the extra
• Lead the team with clarity, energy, and heart
• Own the daily rhythm: prep, service, close, repeat — with excellence every time
• Hire, coach, and inspire a team of food lovers and service pros
• Obsess over the numbers: labor, COGS, retention, reviews — because we win with both heartand discipline
• Oversee catering and events to insure same excellence is experienced inside and outside the restaurant
• Collaborate with ownership and chef to shape the future of Local Foods Kitchen — one shift, one experience, one hire at a time

COMPENSATION:

• Bonus based on KPIs (we’ll define these together — because ownership means alignment)
