Schlotzsky’s is seeking a General Manager in Arkansas to lead our restaurant with energy, integrity, and a guest-first mindset. You’ll oversee operations, build a strong team, and drive sales while ensuring food safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of restaurant management, coaches and develops teams, manages budgets and P&L, and delivers outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role requires evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years management experience in the restaurant industry required.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Financial acumen with budgets, P&L, and business metrics.
• Customer-focused and passionate about guest service.
• Work a minimum of 45 hours per week in a high‑energy environment.
• Capable of handling high‑pressure situations with professionalism.
• Comfortable with modern POS systems and operational software.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Lead food safety, inventory management, and brand compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for strong leadership.
• Deliver excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs and waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Develop succession plans to support internal promotions.
