Team Leaders assist both kitchen and cashier departments, enforce cash control policies, and support daily checklists to maintain operational excellence. Learning and excelling in the Drive-Thru position is an essential part of this role.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range $12.00-$14.00 based on experience, and location sales volume, plus advancement opportunities

Work Schedule & Physical Requirements:

• Night & weekend availability required
• Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time roles
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
