Jimmy John's in Englewood, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team of up to 50, manage P&L, and drive operational excellence. You will hire, train, schedule, and review performance while ensuring food safety, inventory control, and strong customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Base pay ranges from $23-$27 per hour with bonus potential and full benefits including PTO, retirement with match, and free meals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Corporate certification and role-specific training provided as part of path to full certification.
