What You'll Do

• Manage all front of house and kitchen activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity
• Experience in quick-service restaurant management desired; culinary background wanted; full-service dining with bar management required
• Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office and POS systems
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities
• Effective communication at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
