Panera Bread, part of Doherty Enterprises, seeks a General Manager for its Yonkers cafe. Lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

You will optimize sales, labor, and costs, uphold brand standards, and coach leaders to develop talent and future store success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience including general manager experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle; travel between cafes may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
