Panera Bread in New York is seeking a General Manager to lead daily cafe operations, build a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive culture while delivering bottom-line results. This role requires travel between cafes and a flexible schedule, with growth opportunities across multiple Panera locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including experience as a General Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
