Job summary

GOLD STAR in Cincinnati is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on culture, guest service, and team development. You will drive performance across budgeting, safety, and daily hospitality to deliver outstanding experiences.

You’ll mentor staff, build team engagement, and act as the face of the brand in the local community, aligning with Gold Star’s values and mission.
