Responsibilities:
- Oversee the seamless operation of the restaurant and amenities, ensuring service excellence and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to create memorable dining experiences.
- Manage staff schedules, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitor financial performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of the restaurant environment.
- Train staff, manage inventory, and handle guest relations and complaints.
- Ensure all staff complete their duties before end of shift and update menu and review online reviews regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a restaurant manager and five years in a restaurant setting.
- Certifications such as ServSafe, Tips, Basset, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English, time management, and organizational skills.
