Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to operate our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing Human Resource decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Pay rates start between $65,500.00 and $77,968.80 per year, plus a short-term monthly incentive opportunity.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate excellent team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with responsibility for financial results
• Experience managing high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
