Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Atlanta team. This individual will oversee daily operations, manage front and back-of-house coordination, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A strong candidate will bring a background in BBQ-style dining management and possess leadership skills to grow a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service execution
• Manage scheduling, labor control, and performance evaluations
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and brand quality standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar leads to optimize service flow
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and team development
• Coordinate with marketing and ownership on promotions and events
• Monitor financial performance including inventory, cost control, and sales goals
• Drive guest satisfaction and respond to service issues with urgency and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a BBQ or high-volume restaurant setting
• Experience managing FOH operations
• Proficient in labor and food cost controls, POS systems, and service flow strategy
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in catering and event coordination is a strong plus
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
