BaggersTown, a new bar, restaurant and entertainment destination in Noblesville, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead an opening team and deliver outstanding guest experiences daily.

BaggersTown is a brand-new bar, restaurant, and entertainment destination featuring great food, craft drinks, and plenty of play — from cornhole courts and golf simulators to pool, darts, and more. Our concept blends a lively “backyard” energy with elevated hospitality, offering guests an experience that’s fun, social, and memorable.
We’re looking for an experienced and upbeat Front of House Manager to help lead our opening team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in high‑energy environments, loves developing people, and can balance the fun side of the job with operational excellence.
Lead, train, and motivate FOH team members to deliver top-tier hospitality.
Oversee daily floor operations, including restaurant, bar, and entertainment areas.
Manage service standards, guest interactions, and table/court flow during peak periods.
Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for servers, bartenders and support staff.
Collaborate with the management team on marketing, events, and special promotions.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Monitor labor, COGS, and guest satisfaction metrics to hit operational goals.
Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant or bar management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate teams.
Guest-focused mindset and ability to manage a busy floor with confidence.
Experience with POS (Toast preferred) and scheduling systems (Shifty a plus).
Valid alcohol service permit; ServSafe certification preferred.

Prior experience in the culinary industry
2 years in supervisory role in a restaurant environment (preferred)
Sports Entertainment experience is a PLUS
HS Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check
Serve safe certified or equivalent
