Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality knowledge preferred.
• Two years of restaurant management experience and one year supervisory experience.
• Must complete Food Handlers course within 30 days of employment and obtain Alcohol Server’s License within 30 days.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry practices and leadership to supervise staff.
• Proficiency with restaurant software (Micros/Agilysys) desired.

Responsibilities

• Delegate and assign duties to Food & Beverage team members daily.
• Ensure guests are served promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Assist in staffing management to meet budgetary goals and business volume.
• Enforce policies, train staff on changes, and maintain appearance standards.
• Engage with guests on shift to resolve issues and ensure service quality.
• Monitor staffing levels, address conflicts, and support the Director as needed.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to team members; attend trainings.
