Job summary

Apple Mountain is hiring a Restaurant Service / Maintenance Technician to support 11 Applebee’s locations across Utah and Wyoming. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and participate in remodels and projects to keep facilities running smoothly.

We seek someone 21+ with a valid license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel and flexible shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self-disciplined, organized, responsive, and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on restaurant kitchen equipment, HVAC/refrigeration systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building components.
• Respond promptly to routine and urgent maintenance needs while balancing scheduled work and changing restaurant priorities.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory, housekeeping, and organize tools and work areas.
• Participate in remodels, refrigeration projects, and corporate initiatives across restaurant facilities as needed.
• Communicate clearly with restaurant teams, vendors, and leadership while providing excellent internal customer service.
