Job summary

Flynn Applebee's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, tile work, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and related tasks in multiple restaurant sites. The role includes emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and coordination with field operations to keep equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities include documenting maintenance activity, supporting field technicians, and reporting issues to the Maintenance Director.

Qualifications

• Must have formal HVACR education.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger.
• Reliable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance for restaurant building and equipment.
• Assist field service technicians when needed.
• Identify field service issues and report them to maintenance director.
• Maintain organized files, records and reports of all maintenance information.
• Provide normal and emergency equipment repairs and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
• On-call weekends and up to 20% night work.
