Job summary

Flynn Applebee's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks for restaurant equipment and facilities. The role includes emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance during normal hours.

The position requires reliable, self-motivated individuals with formal HVACR education and a valid driver's license; lifting up to 50 pounds and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a similar position.
• Two years installation experience with growth-oriented goals.
• Three years minimum experience in troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance program for restaurant equipment and building.
• Assist field service technicians when needed.
• Identify field service issues and report to maintenance director.
• Maintain organized records and reports of all maintenance information.
• Provide normal and emergency equipment repairs and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Be on call every other weekend and up to 20% night work.
