The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will model enthusiasm and lead the team to uphold the culture and service standards of the food and beverage division. You will oversee training, accountability, and performance measurement to ensure success, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict food safety and cleanliness standards.

As a restaurant ambassador, you will manage shifts, develop staff, and drive the team to consistently meet The Breakers' high standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to motivate a team to high standards.
• Understanding of food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness.

Job Summary

The Breakers Restaurant Manager is responsible for modeling enthusiasm, energy, and a friendly demeanor while leading the team to meet the standards of our culture and food and beverage division service filter. This position will oversee the training, accountability, and measurement to ensure success. The Manager will serve as an ambassador for the restaurant and will be responsible for ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences while also adhering to food safety standards and maintaining impeccable cleanliness.
