Pacific Coast Hospitality has been retained to search for an entrepreneurialand dynamic Restaurant Executive Cheffor our client, a new and very unique concept coming to Silverdale Washington.A full-service restaurant, marketplace, distillery and event space openingearly summer this year, that includes a 400-seat restaurant with interior andexterior dining, a test kitchen for cooking classes and a market offering“grab-and-go” items. This property will host summer concerts,weddings and a farmer’s market, and feature a “large pedestrianplaza” for events.

Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:

• 5 years’ experienceworking as Chef in a high volume, action packed environment
• BUSY environment,candidate must have the energy and mental toughness to succeed
• Proven ability to manage multiplerevenue streams a must
• Integrity, dependability,cooperation and attention to detail are key traits required
• Regional / Seasonal menudevelopment experience
• Good creative skills ANDability to manage high volume daily operations
• Passion for developingand mentoring a team
• Track record of achievingfinancial results
• NRO experience a bigplus!

Salary Range & Benefits
