Job summary

Nomada Hotel Group seeks a General Manager for Skyview Hotel and Norman Restaurant in Los Alamos, CA. The GM will oversee daily operations, staffing, training, vendor relations, and profitability, reporting to Nomada Hospitality.

This role requires at least 3 years in hotel/restaurant management, strong English communication, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Experience with boutique properties and special events is preferred; extensive payroll, inventory, and cost-control duties are

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a management position at a Hotel and/or Restaurant.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Passion for and commitment to luxury hospitality.
• Boutique Property experience preferred.
• Special events experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, offboarding and onboarding/training of all staff.
• Creating a monthly financial analysis.
• Serve as guest relations representative and resolve VIP issues.
• Ensure property maintenance issues are addressed swiftly.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, loss prevention, and monthly full inventory.
• Control labor costs across all departments.
• Maintain HR policies and necessary reports and documentation.
• Coordinate communications systems and collateral across platforms.
• Oversee payroll for hotel and restaurant on time.
• Lead weekly management meetings and 90-day/yearly evaluations.

Skills

Minimum of 3 years in a management pos
