• Fluency in Tripleseat and OpenTable is required.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Polished communication and client-facing presence.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of private events from inquiry to execution.
• Drive sales through inbound and outbound outreach and relationship building.
• Coordinate menus, layouts, timelines, and special requests.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of private events from inquiry to execution
• Drive sales through inbound leads, outbound outreach, and relationship building
• Coordinate all event details including menus, layouts, timelines, and special requests
• Partner closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
• Conduct site tours and present event offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and personalized guest experiences

Events hosted are both intimate gatherings and large receptions up to 200+ guests for:

• Corporate dinners and networking events
• Rehearsal dinners and wedding celebrations
• Holiday parties and milestone occasions
• Social gatherings and private dining experiences

What We're Looking For
