Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain Burger King restaurants’ equipment and premises. You will perform timely repairs, coordinate with maintenance budgets, and develop schedules that minimize disruptions to service and operations.

Candidates should have electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical knowledge; food service equipment repair experience is a plus. HVAC certification is beneficial; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• Independent, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication with management and coworkers; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must adjust to changing assignments while maintaining productivity and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
