Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, understand schedules, equipment manuals and scopes of work.
• Competent in scheduling and tracking repairs and parts.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, dishwashers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts, and supplies; process work orders.
