The successful candidate will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical tasks, with HVAC repair certification considered a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Ability to work independently and communicate with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments and maintain productivity under pressure.
• Must have valid driver’s license and independent reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
