Job summary

WEN National Holdings seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance and repairs across our restaurant equipment and building systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work independently, and experienced in repairing a wide range of restaurant equipment, electrical, heating, HVAC/Refrigeration, plumbing, and general building repair.

We value experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing a wide range of restaurant equipment and systems.
• Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Current driver's license and clean driving record; EPA/CFESA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete equipment repairs in a timely fashion.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and systems (Fryers, Grills, Walk-ins, Ice machines, Ovens, etc.).
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions and estimate repair time and costs.
