Job summary

WEN National Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs at our restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work independently and possess experience fixing a wide range of kitchen equipment, electrical, heating, HVAC, plumbing and building systems.

Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years of experience, ability to diagnose standard malfunctions, read schematics, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant equipment repairs.
• Ability to perform technician work on a wide range of restaurant equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, plans and specifications.
• Read wiring diagrams and operate test tools and instruments.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed equipment repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance and replacement functions on a wide range of restaurant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs and equipment.
