Job summary

WEN National Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our restaurant network. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment including fryers, grills, walk-in freezers, ice machines, ovens, electrical, heating, HVAC, plumbing and general building systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in restaurant equipment repairs, can work independently, read manuals and schematics, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in restaurant equipment repairs.
• Ability to repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed equipment repairs promptly.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs and equipment.
