Job summary

WEN National Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant portfolio. You will maintain and repair a wide range of equipment, electrical and HVAC systems, plumbing, and building components, with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of restaurant equipment repair experience, the ability to work independently, read manuals and schematics, and hold EPA/CFESA certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience repairing restaurant equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration or kitchen appliances.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics and use measurement tools accurately.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete equipment repairs in a timely fashion.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs.
