The ideal candidate should possess over 2 years of management experience in food service. Responsibilities include maintaining quality service in Food & Beverage and enhancing league business. The position offers a salary between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, with potential performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Management Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Flexible to support the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest satisfaction and develop the team’s hourly staff.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the center in the General Manager’s absence.
• Oversee the management of Food & Beverage program for high quality standards.
