Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and departments to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences.
• Manage assigned systems, set goals, delegate tasks and train team members.
• Coordinate across departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) to maintain quality and uptime.
• Ensure LTOs and service procedures are executed at a high level and uphold cleanliness and maintenance.
