McDonald’s is hiring restaurant department managers to lead shifts across Guest Service, Kitchen and People functions. You will supervise crew, ensure fast and friendly service, and drive quality, safety and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Guest Service Department Manager ensures delivery of great customer experience and staff training in service procedures.

• People Department Manager recruits, trains and schedules staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
