McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead shift operations, coach teams, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include supervising departments, ensuring food safety and quality, and optimizing scheduling to meet sales and profit goals. Previous managerial experience in hospitality is preferred; 18+ and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Open availability and flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Oversee departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory) and report results to the team and managers.
• Ensure Guest Service and Front Counter areas operate smoothly for best service.
• Oversee Kitchen to maintain quality, safety and cost controls and train kitchen staff.
• Oversee People Department tasks, including hiring qualified crew and scheduling to meet goals.
