• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience and that service staff are trained in procedures.
• Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food, is safe, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
• People Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring qualified crew are hired, trained, and scheduled to meet sales and profit goals.
