You will schedule shifts well in advance, monitor safety and profitability, and ensure effective communication across the team. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, food cost, inventory, and weekly labor scheduling to drive excellent results.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant/hospitality.
• Ability to lead teams to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities
