McDonald's in Greer, South Carolina, seeks a results-oriented Department Manager to lead Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments in a fast-paced restaurant owned by an independent franchisee.

You will guide shift leadership, ensure excellent guest experiences, optimize operations, and develop team members while enjoying competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement under the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work in McDonald’s fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
• Supervise department managers, train staff and delegate tasks.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and kitchen production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet sales goals.
