You will oversee Training, Food Safety, Inventory, and staffing to hit sales and profit goals, while maintaining McDonald’s standards and driving team engagement in a community-focused restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager at HHF Inc.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience.
• Lead Departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory) and report results to teams and other managers.
• Oversee Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals, recognizing and motivating staff.
