Job Summary :

The takeout or to-go Delivery Driver is responsible for restaurant takeout delivery and foodservice operations.

What you will do :

• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations.
• Load and unload food in personal vehicle with safety, service-oriented accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Guide guests while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
• Perform basic takeout duties, additional side work, and cleaning duties at the restaurant as needed when not on a delivery.

What you need to have :

• No previous experience required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• At least 18 years old with your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass company criteria for delivery, including motor vehicle inspections and driving record standards
• Ability to read a map or navigate various routes
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or be able to obtain one
• Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
