This hybrid role is ideal for a skilled Commercial Roofer who brings additional value with experience operating cranes and holding a valid CDL. You'll be responsible for a variety of on-site construction tasks while supporting transportation and heavy equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat roofs and metal roofs.
• Safely operate cranes for material hoisting, equipment staging, and rooftop lifting in coordination with roofing operations
• Drive and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites using CDL-class vehicles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met
• Comply with all OSHA safety standards, local building codes, and DOT transportation regulations

Experience & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a commercial roofer or in a related construction field
• Proficiency in crane operation (NCCCO or NCCER certification)
• Valid Class A or B CDL license with a clean driving record
• Experience in the installation of TPO, PVC, and EPDM roof systems
• Strong awareness of safety protocols in roofing and crane / vehicle operation
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment for extended periods
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
