Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Millbury, MA to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. The role covers food prep, hospitality, and assisting with orders via the Wonder app in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll earn $18.00 per hour, with an overnight premium of $2.00/hr. Benefits include free meals, insurance options, a 401(k) plan, and room to advance to Trainer or Supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain if required by local health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards with clean, stocked stations.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and app use.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: maintain sanitation and cleanliness across areas.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: assist teammates and support a positive environment.
