Wonder is hiring a Team Member in New Providence, NJ to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will help prepare menu items to Wonder standards, manage station cleanliness, and ensure orders are accurate.

You’ll greet guests, assist with payments and app use, and support delivery and meal-kit operations with a friendly, knowledgeable approach. The role offers opportunities for growth into Trainer and Supervisor roles, with benefits including meals, discounts, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accuracy, and order correctness.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, and payments via the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in local marketing activities as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, restock cookware, and manage waste; report equipment issues promptly.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
