The Taco Bell Crew Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life. They are part of the team that makes our great products.

You set the quality and the pace of the restaurant by executing our standards and recipes, so our guests get the great tasting food they came to purchase.

Qualifications

• A friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to understand and execute order instructions, and to read training and safety materials.

Responsabilités

• Taking orders & preparing food.
• Assisting in resolving any service or food issues.
• Greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service all the time.
• Using the correct tools to prepare, build and present food to standards.
• Serving food that meets quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked area.
• Delivering quality products within speed standards.
• Ensuring food-safety standards are maintained.
• Washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Answering questions about menu items and promotions face-to-face and at drive-thru windows.
• Cleaning and stocking as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
