Job summary

The Taco Bell Crew Member is the first face customers see when they walk through the door or the first voice they hear at the drive-thru, setting the tone for the Taco Bell experience by executing our standards and recipes to deliver great tasting food.

You should be friendly and helpful, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and pay attention to quality, speed, and guest satisfaction as you take orders, prepare food, and keep the area clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read and comprehend training and safety materials.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders & preparing food.
• Greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service.
• Using the correct tools to prepare, build and present food.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests.
• Serving food that meets our quality standards.
• Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
• Answering questions about menu items and promotions face to face and drive-thru windows.
• Other duties as assigned.
