Taco Bell is hiring a Crew Member to be the friendly first face customers see, whether at the counter or drive-thru. You will set the tone for the Taco Bell experience by delivering quality food and fast service in a team-based, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate order taking, and adhering to Taco Bell standards while contributing to a clean, well-stocked work area and a positive atmosphere for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• A friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and execute order instructions, and read training and safety materials.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders & preparing food.
• Assisting in resolving service or food issues.
• Greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service.
• Using the correct tools to prepare, build and present food.
• Serving food that meets quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked area.
• Delivering quality products within company standards for speed and food-safety.
• Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces.
• Using kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment.
• Answering questions about menu items and promotions at front counter and drive-thru.
• Cleaning and stocking as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
