Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring hardworking, friendly crew members for Hardee’s. You will greet guests, prepare quality products, keep the restaurant clean, and support daily operations with a positive attitude.

No experience is required; we provide paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement within our team while you build customer service and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked; wash dishes, sweep, mop, take out trash and clean restrooms.
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and above all, honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Ensure restaurant is always clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
