Job summary

Café Yumm! Mill Plain Crossing in Vancouver, WA is hiring Restaurant Crew Members for all shifts, with both full-time and part-time openings.

Starting base wage is $18.84 per hour plus $5.85 per hour in tips, with a healthy, free shift meal provided at every shift. Team members receive 401k with up to 4% match, company-paid health insurance for full-timers, sick leave, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Sufficient command of English to read and understand the POS system.
• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Possess or obtain a Washington Food Worker’s Permit.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
• Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.
